So we were hungry, and I wasn't sure what to make. After taking inventory of our ingredients, this is what I came up with. A little different of a recipe, but it came out delicious, and will definitely be made again in the future.
Ingredients
- 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1/4 cup Sesame Ginger salad dressing
- 1/2 cup Bbq sauce
- 5 tspn lemon juice
- 2 turns of the pan of EVOO
- In a large non-stick skillet, heat your oil over medium high heat
- Place in your chicken and cook for 3 minutes on either side.
- Mix your dressing, BBQ sauce and lemon juice in a bowl
- Using a pastry brush, brush your mixture over the chicken coating fully.
- repeat after flipping the breasts. (repeat about 4 times, or until breasts are cooked through)
